There are two Triumph score emblems available. Sunset and Eclipsed Sunset. To claim the emblems you need to first claim the associated Triumphs for the emblems in game which can be found in the MMXX Seal. I checked via the API and both of those Triumphs currently show as earned, but not claimed. Once those have been claimed the claim button on the Rewards page will activate and you'll be able to claim them there. Claiming the reward simply unlocks the emblems in your emblem Collection under the General category. Log out of D2 then log back in and go to your emblem Collections to pick up the new emblems. Be advised the emblem names in-game are different than the names indicated on the website as follows: Sunset = Savior Eclipsed Sunset = Eclipsed Void
