2-15 minutes loading times. Shader cache files are only 64KB. AMD responded that it's Bungie's fault. 5700XT SOLVED

Hi, since 2 weeks ago there is a bug for me, that the game only generates 64KB Sahder cache files which leads to incredibly long loading times. Can't play Gambit or Crucible at all because of that. It gets even worse when I'm in a fireteam. I tried to clear my cache, force it to create it for every application via Register editor, but nothing helps. I contacted AMD about it and they said, that if it's only happening with Destiny 2, I should contact Bungie developers. Well there is no way to contact them :) Anyone has any other idea what to do with this? there are links with what I tried and some of my observations for past 2 weeks: https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTechSupport/comments/hnjimi/shader_cache_bug_is_back_i_guess/ https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTechSupport/comments/hnfg5q/worse_and_worse_optimisation_with_each_destiny/ https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTechSupport/comments/hl8wwi/weird_loading_times_and_stutters_since_like_a/ Specs: Ryzen 5 2600 RX 5700XT AsRock B450m PRO4 16GB HyperX 2666MHz 550w EVGA b3 256GB NVMe SSD with system 512GB SSD for the games Thanks for any help! EDIT: Finally solved after 2 weeks, 3 installs of windows and 4 redownloads. I had to instal the game to my C drive where the DxCache folder is and where my system is and IT FLIPPIN WORKED. Still weird that it has to be installed there, but I take it. Please Bungo fix it tho. I'm not comfy with 80Gigs free on my C drive.
