I feel like with the introduction of new perks on weapons, some exotics have fallen by the wayside. Also, with the recent nerf to Antaeus Wards, I feel for my Titans (not a Titan main, btw). In fact my Titan sometimes goes unplayed because there aren't many exotics on the class that I find really compelling (my opinion, of course. To be taken with a grain of salt, as I'm not a Titan main). Brings me to Peacekeepers. How about updating this exotic to give some new perks that can't be grabbed from RR weapons. Maybe holstered smgs are given anti-barrier rounds after being stowed OR Peacekeepers lend benefits to Fusions as well, providing a single Back Up Plan Style burst with the initial shot after stowing. I know it seems like folks at Bungie want to reserve seasonal mod effects to artifact mods (i.e. anti-barrier, overload, and unstoppable). But, if these are mechanics that will persist into future seasons, why not provide a single exotic on each class that lends these benefits? But, I think an awesome precedent has been set this season by putting the unstoppable pulse shot as an option for an armor mod slot (plz, more of those in seasons going forward! Things like that provide some awesome new ways to implement older exotic weapons! I'm going back to snag the juju catalyst so I can combine it with the unstoppable perk) For example: Vesper of radius lends certain weapons unstoppable or overload rounds while in a rift Oathkeeper provides a single overload arrow to a bow shot prior to the weapon being stowed. Or Mechaneer's Tricksleeves provide anti-barrier rounds to sidearms when health is critical. Synthocepts providing an unstoppable melee, or armamentarium giving overload benefits to one of your grenade charges I just think there are some exotics on each class that are cool that could be reintroduced to the fold. What are ideas other folks have? Also, is the idea of masterworked exotic armor going to return?
