“I guess not, I am new after all. But a library or a lab of any kind would be interesting to see. This plane is like no Ober I’ve been to.”

*She leads you out of the bar and wanders through the bustling cityscape of Offtopic and eventually we arrive at a large library!* “Here it is, the Offtopic Public Library!”

“Ahh this is a bit bigger then my own personal study in mo home plane.” *he starts wandering around, looking at books to tell him more about offtopic.* “So tell me, who is this scientist you work for?”

“Robo Owl, he found the plane I previously lived in and offered me a job and a chance to leave, so I took it.” “I’m not much of a scientist myself, but I’m a decent helper!”

“Interesting. And what plane did you come from?”

“Honestly I’m not sure how it’d be designated. Technically it could be called another dimension, but there isn’t really a name for it since only one dimensional traveler has ever been there.”

“Interesting. I come from a different plane, called the prime material plane where I come from. It has a lot less technological wonders then this place but a good amount of magic.”

“Huh, that’s cool. Ill have to see if I can visit it sometime!”

“Perhaps. It is a much different place. But I have mastered a lot of its Magic’s so I’ve traveled to the outer planes like this one to learn its tricks.”

“Cool! What’s the strangest place you’ve been so far?”

“Well I’ve been to the abyss, not a nice place to go. And I cane here through the astral plane, a plane of spirits.”

“The abyss doesn’t sound nice, and I’ve heard of someone who can channel the power of the astral plane.” “You’re very well traveled, it must be nice to explore everything and learn new magic.”

“It is very enjoyable. I do like learning of other places, I actually was able to reach here with a astral spell.”

“The idea of learning a spell and just setting out on a journey sounds so nice compared to the machines Robo and I use to travel. I’d imagine it’s a very different experience, like the difference between hiking and riding horseback.”

“Technology has its own merits, but I believe magic is where true power lies. I have quite a few spells up my sleeves, and some I used to get here.”

They both require creativity and intelligence, and after they’re made they get a lot easier for other people to use.” “But I still wish I could actually see the magic side of the argument.”
