Blaze was very tired by the time he got back to his ship. He changed into a comfortable t-shirt and shorts. He went into his pilot seat, reclined back, and within just a few moments he was asleep. When he woke up, his first thought was, “Huh.... the sun seems oddly bright.” Then, his second thought was, “AAAAAAAGHHHHH” It felt like his arms, legs and face were on fire! How badly did he sleep for this to happen! He sat up and ran to the other room. The second the door closed behind him....... everything was good again? Weird. He had a nice flower shop he wanted to go to today. Always made a visit once in a while, to see if they had anything neat. So, he put on his normal clothes, his cloak, and pulled the hood up. The trip to near the shop was uneventful. Once he was a a good ten feet away, however, he noticed..... he could smell the flowers from here? Maybe they found some new flowers with a stronger scent. He walked up and..... it was the same flowers as last week..... now that was strange, why could he smell them from so far away? Before he could think about it more, he realized how hungry he was. He knew of a really good place for food, but it would take a bit, probably half an hour. Still, it would be worth it. Then the next odd thing happened. He felt like he walked there normally, but the whole trip was done in half the normal time..... whatever, he could eat sooner! The place was packed as usual, but Blaze was eventually able to get to eat. It was a good hamburger and fries. It tasted good as normal, but...... he felt the same as when he cane in. He was still hungry, hell, he wasn’t even less hungry, just the same. But then he smelled something...... delicious, outside. He walked out and.... the smell was all around him. People walked by like normal, but nobody noticed the smell he did. Sometimes it would get stronger, but then sometimes it would become more faint. This was too weird. There had to be something playing tricks on him....... but, he didn’t want to go out rushing to find what was causing this on an empty stomach, so he started going back to his ship, his stomach growling every once and a while. His hood fell down at one point, and he felt that same, terrible burning sensation. He quickly put the hood back on, and it went away. What was going on?!?! When he went back to his ship, he went to wash his face. Maybe it was just a really weird dream. Nothing really seemed to make sense. He started washing his face, then looked into the small mirror. This wasn’t a dream. If anything, it was a nightmare. In the mirror he saw himself, but his eyes..... his usual black coloring had this hint of red...... it was terrifying.... he almost jumped back because of it. It reminded him too much of...... of the...... the vampires........no. No..... but...... nah. Easy check. Maybe he stared at a console too long and his eyes went a little red. He grinned, almost laughing at how dumb he was being. But he didn’t laugh. When he grinned, he saw that his two teeth next to his canines were longer, and sharpened to a deadly point. He covered his mouth. A sob was barely let loose. It all fit together. He felt like he was on fire when in the sunlight. That delicious smell outside......that was peop..... he stopped himself before he finished that thought. He couldn’t..... but how? Wait.... they threw the cup at him. It still had liquid inside. When it was thrown, it splashed into the knife wound..... like the wounds in the hands...... He still needed to eat. He brought a mirror with him just in case something new happened, and, at dusk, went into a forest. A few hours later, he was sitting on a log by a fire, a drained stag next to him. He kept his hood up, and put on a pair of sunglasses he found. It seemed his eyes glowed the more he fe..... ate. The more he ate. He didn’t want anyone scared away. [spoiler]So, now Blaze is a vampire! If you don’t care about abilities or that jazz, the RP takes place in that campsite Blaze set up. Also yes, this is why I was asking how many vampires there were. Anyways, Ability: He has better senses, can somewhat see in the dark, and is faster, but only when well fed, which is how he will hopefully start most RP’s ‘Ability’: He can hear blood rushing. Technically an ability, but not very useful Debuffs: He burns in sunlight, and his eyes are weaker in bright areas He has to feed on blood, but even a whole animal doesn’t give a fraction of a human[/spoiler]
