Intrinsic Perk — Failed Artemis:
Missing a shot grants greatly decreased draw time on the next arrow fired. This bonus is preserved if the shot deals precision damage.
Legendary Trait — Long Game:
Toggle L3 to increase zoom magnification while aiming down sights. Arrows deal more damage the longer they fly.
Exotic Catalyst — Cruel Catch:
Missed shots have a chance of generating a Flashbang that disorientates nearby enemies.

2 RepliesMaybe if the catalyst decreased the draw time even more instead of shooting a GRENADE, it would be more balanced. Other than that though I think it’s a great idea. I’ve always really enjoyed bows in PvE and PvP and I think this would be an awesome addition to the game. Keep up the great work!

Fun bow! I wish there were more of them. I had an idea for one the other day. Not sure on a name tho Lightweight bow with fast draw. Intrinsic-hit a critical point to store a flaming arrow which locks on to a combatant’s weak spot when fully drawn. Holds 5 arrows max. Hold reload to switch arrows. Legendary perk- consecutive flaming our hits increases damage and burns the target. Catalyst- increase flaming arrow storage to 10

3 RepliesSo I miss an arrow on purpose to blind my opponents and decrease charge time + full court possibly making it a one shot in crucible? Being rewarded for missing isn’t a very good idea. And the catalyst, again, is too powerful.

1 ReplyYay for more bows. Yes, that's the extend of my enthusiasm. That being said: It's hard to actually miss a shot if you don't aim somewhere into no man's land. Arrows have an pretty extreme arc, which could result in an intended flashbang to become a body hit.

1 ReplyI definitely like the Long Game perk. But that natural draw time is gnarly....yeesh....and you need to miss to get a better draw time?? Dang dude.
