Perfect camping weapon! This would sure take care of the Antaeus Wards. Hit the enemy once then run off spraying and prey until you hear them perish. Why double range if it’s going to hit anyways? Fall off damage? Who cares? A single clip will eliminate any guardian.

There’s no guarantee 50/50 will make all the missed shots deal damage. So you’ll still want to land as many hits as you can.

But you’re guaranteed to survive from that gun fight. Leave them weak. Force them to take cover and pretty much a one shot to all your allies.

Every missed shot has a 50/50 chance of returning to reserves or damaging the last enemy you hit. With the second perk it’s the same but the shots that don’t damage are instead removed again from reserves. Which lends towards the catalyst’s function.
