There are people who have had this issue since the start of the season. Almost a month now. Personally, if they don't fix it at reset today I'll be on my third reset unable to play the game on Xbox. Since Bungie has publicly stated that the "current resolution" is to play on another platform, with everything that entails, I don't expect them to fix this any time soon. Unless you're willing to buy a PS4 or PC, and then rebuy Forsaken and Shadowkeep, Bungie doesn't want you here. Their posse on this forum will mock you and tell you to move on to another game. They'll say that you're a bad person for wanting the game you bought to actually work. And Bungie will promote those answers.
