PSA to Le Monarque crutchers:
Go easy on the novelty cheese weapons.

I love le monarch.. it's no good against competent players but changes up my usual sniper/HC load out. I dont think it's any better then any other bow tho.

People peek-shoot with it and every time you get hit you have to go hide until the poison wears off. The Le Monarque user hides if they miss or you damage them... It's very tedious gameplay.

Well, you had a good game against players who may or may not have been good and/or trying. Also, you had 5 teammates fella. So, either: a) You're a superstar and it doesn't matter what you use b) You had a lucky game c) Le Monarque is so cheesy that it can negate a whole fireteam. [spoiler]I'm gonna go with mainly option "b" with a dash of "c" thrown in.[/spoiler]

Crutching is a global phenomenon in Destiny. People always find a crutch or another which they proudly call their sweaty loadout. Whether it be Not Forgotten, DRB, Spare Rations, Mindbender's, Erentil, a bow, or even a sidearm in the current meta, it all depends on the player and the meta. But everyone crutches.
