I'm trying to get the wayfarer seal, and all i have left is the mercury and mars badge. i still need to get the 18 kelvins. however every time i try and make a override frequency, it consumes the 4 resonate stems and gives me nothing. i also cant fix it with the nascent dawn quest on a second character because i'm up to the part where you make an override frequency but i can't make one. if anyone knows of a solution please help out, or if there's a mechanic i'm missing, or even a way to get the 18 kelvins without the override frequencies that would be great. thanks.
