NOTHING from forge bounties
So I turned is a weeks worth of bounties for the forge trying to get a rare bounty for a quest and I get NOTHING AT ALL from them.
No xp, no glimmer, NOTHING

Deleting excess Modulus Reports from your inventory will make these bounties drop Glimmer and such again. Rare bounties are still dropping regardless; they just have a very low drop rate.
