Dear Bungie,
It was my first time playing this game at work, and for some reason, when I went home the next day, I got banned!!!
I worked at a Marine military base in Florida and was playing Destiny 2 at work with my buddies. But after I got home the next day and logged on and it says I got banned. I differently wasn't cheating because our computers do not allow any "hacking" software to be installed on our system. Could this be a mistake or some of our software on our PC was interfering with the game?
Could you please look into it. Because this game is entertaining and there aren't many entertainments we can do as a solider during after hour, and I wish I can still play with my same account.
Thank you, and appreciated.

Playing from a military base will not cause a ban. Typically, pc bans are due to software detected by Destiny 2 while running. These include but not limited to, trainers, aimbots, auto-fire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. any of these could cause a ban, even if not destiny 2 specific Restrictions are temporary, and will not be overturned or undone before they expire. Once an account is banned however, that ban is permanent. Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason. There are NO options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans. Bans are lifetime for that account https://twitter.com/Bungie/status/1179836392953675776 <- Most recent info bans and restrictions policy page *I am not a Bungie representative, just a player trying to give the answers that are available.
