Me too have proof of purchase from Blizzard for forsaken, but have a transferred license with out it or my guardians and any iteams..... I only have one steam and one blizzard account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am having the same problem and i contacted support with a copy of my email receipt of my purchase last week and still haven't gotten a reply.
