Hollow knight (player character) from the game hollow knight.
Has abilities that can work well for a good moveset.
Can have an interesting gimmick with the soul mechanic.

The player in Hollow Knight is just “The Knight”. Personally, I like to call him Li’l Ghost, thougj.

I sometimes refer to it as True Vessel.

Most evidence actually points to the idea that if The Knight takes the Hollow Knight’s place, it’ll succumb to the infection as well. See; Steel Soul Jinn’s dialogue, or the ability to give the Delicate Flower to anyone besides who they’re told. So, calling it the “True Vessel” doesn’t make much sense. As it’s very likely just as much of a “failure” as the Hollow Knight.
