Unlink Playstation Account from my Bungie.net Account
Hi there ;-)
I want to activatre cross save on my account but I cant continue on the account linkin page. I have linked my Playstation account years ago. But this account is suspended. So I can't authenticate this account. And because of that I can't press the continue button on the authentication site of the cross save site.
I also can't unlink the account because, yeah I can't log in because it's suspended :D
Is there another way to unlick my psn account?

4 RepliesEdited by Kell of Kellogs: 8/22/2019 11:11:32 AMThe only way to unlink an account from your bungie.net account is to sign in with a different platform account (Xbox, Steam, Battle.net) then move to your settings in your account and click "unlink" on your PS account and follow that workflow. If because of a restriction on your PS account you're not able to complete the workflow because it forces you to sign in (to prove the account is yours), then you're out of luck for that bungie.net account unless something changes with your restriction situation through PS. The only workaround would be to have an entirely new bungie.net account, link the correct accounts you want (not the bad PS account) and activate cross save through there.

1 ReplySame issues here in 2022; I lost my Stadia account and now can't remove Cross-Save for Xbox/Playstation/Steam. So basically I can keep playing Destiny I just can never use Stadia again unless its off by itself not able to cross-save with my other accounts. Sad that support does not exist for this.

Got a like wise situation, it’s ridiculous that we can’t unlink our accounts trough our Bungie account.. if you link an account of course it is needed. But to just unlink it... why would you otherwise unlink your account ?! Please Bungie just fix this I came back to enjoy the game again. But stuff like this makes me want to break up my relationship with Bungie.....

1 ReplyHas this been resolved yet? Our Bungie.net account should take priority. My PSN account was lost to a hacker years ago when I was a teen. Why do I need to authenticate an account, I can obviously login to my b.net account and want to remove my old PSN account. I just want some kind of solution, I would like to enjoy Destiny on my Xbox, Stadia, and PC; but I cannot as I my cross save will not be able to be turned on due to lousy PSN customer service. We shouldn't have to abandon our b.net account, some of us have 10+ years on these accounts, we have spent time and money playing Bungie's games on our accounts. Work with us Bungie, even if we need to send a written letter with a copy of our identity... I just want to remove my old, hacked, unusable PSN account. Come on, have some compassion; we have loved and supported you in the hard times and lifted higher in the good times. Please Bungie, help us, show us you care.

Same issue here. Not only have I not used my PSN account in at least a full year, but I literally don't even have any Destiny 2 data on that account! When I went to sign in anyway, apparently I was suspended (with no email from PlayStation/Sony, thanks customer service) and now I'm stuck on console, when I could be using my PC! Hopefully we can all resolve this soon.

I have the issue with an Xbox Live account. I don't even remotely know what the email/Xbox live account is and want to unlink it in order to do cross saving.

I'm having the same problem, my psn account got hacked and I can't sign in to unlink it.
