Only thing about one eyed mask I hate is that you get punished with more damage to you and a mark on their screen just for shooting them.

The damage is 1-5 extra damage, it’s not much

Not even including the ace / Luna howl perks on some other guns been able to two tap. Buff other exotics on the same level.

Problem is say for example a 110 hc hits for 91 I believe so +5 damage would let u two tap without rampage or kill clip. +5 damage is huge for certain guns.

Wrong. They have to actually kill you first to get the increased damage.
