I think that was the point of guided games, right? But then nobody does that.
I would like some sort of better LFG, but I couldn't tell you what that'd be.
Maybe it's just me, but trying to find a group is impossible...

GG doesn’t work because the only way you can host is if you’re running with a clan member. So it limits you basically. LFG anyone can join

GG do not work due to the restriction to a clan and to have more than one perosn actualy guiding a raid.. when you sherpa or guide you need ONE guy that knows what to do and 5 "noobs" and not the other way around.. and with the raid structure as it is right now its irrelevant if you have one or 5 people that do not know what to do, you will wipe every time.. so drop the clan requirement. and make it that everyone with ONE full clear can try to sherpa this.. and we are going somewhere.. but i think the real issue is that bungie wants to shoehorn you to recruit your friends as players in the destiny world and not the other way around.. its a bit of a snowball system .. also a clan chat in game and about 1000 clan members would help a lot.. what good is a clan if i cant talk to them ?
