I can only really agree with the Reach section. Though Bungie may have "Improved" the already existing Halo concepts like Forge and Theatre, but there was nothing new to offer. I could go on a rant, but this isn't the forum. I enjoyed the step back from the epic Halo standard. I understand why you don't find it as excited as the others. Perhaps my interest in detective-type exploration had an impact on my fondness towards the game. Thanks for backing up your opinion! Then the whole plot twists when you find the pink Engineer, which was pretty pathetic. Also, while playing the campaign it felt like more of a chore than having fun like I did with previous Halo games. It lacked epic battles that previous Halo games had before. The only good epic battle was on top of the Skyscraper with all the Phantoms coming at you. The other battles were pretty slow paced and not that exciting. People here are saying that the Mombasa Streets level was a good idea, when in reality it wasn't. I know it's a free roam level but most of the city is copy-pasted in alot of areas. When I play a game with a free roam environment, I expect it to not be copy-pasted in almost EVERY location. To top it all off, this game was only important to me because of the Halo 3 Multiplayer Disc and that's about it. This game is dead last when it comes to Halo campaign, next to Reach.[/quote]
