Too many Armor Perks

Dear Bungie, so untill lately i had almost entire vault filled with stuff, ghosts, sparrows, but mostly weapons and ofcourse armor. Had to make a 3d guardian, just to free some space, still it's almost full and i'm sure i'm not the only 1 with this problem. Weapon perks is a subgect of other discussion. What bugs me the most is the amount of armor i have, it's a mess and i have to double think if i need an item or not. Some armor makes you to sacrifice the stats balance (mobility, resiliance, recovery) and some make you look like a clown, just because it's has perfect perks for your loadout. The ammount of perks is too high, which makes infinite combinations on rolles and you have to think whether its good for 1 of your loadouts or maybe force to make another loadout, also armor takes too much inventory space, spend too much enhancement cores and gives advantage in crucible to some, who was lucky enaught on rolles (also on exotic rolles, imagine one-eyed mask with hand cannon and/or pulse rifle targetting and shotgun reserves, this will give a player an advantage over those who got the mask, but with perks on weapons, they never use in crucible). Here are the ideas I have to a bit simplify this system. There are perks to enhance each weapon type usage and perks that enhance a group of weapons usage beside those that affect abilities. Some of them are almost useless, like grenade launcher targetting. So why not removing some of them, eather remove those that affect a single weapon type (and maybe buff the grouped) or remove the groupped once as they are inaffective in comparison to single weapon type perks especialy to enhanced versions of perks. As for the ammo perks, who needs primary ammo scavenger and reserves? In PvE even if i run out of that ammo type, there are always plenty of adds to get them from, I have 1 primary ammo finder on my regular pve gear and its more than enaugh, so i think it would be great to have those merged into 2: primary ammo reserves and primary ammo scaveger, everyone will only benefit from that. I actuly hope of having all ammo types scavenger and reserves merged and all rolled on all pieces of gear (i mean like special ammo reserves, power ammo scavenger, like that), only that would make gear managment not as nightmerish as it is now. I hope at least some of my ideas will make their way into Destiny 2. Also, this might have a positeve affect on cores ecenomy. Higher max Power level is about to come in game, and I don't know how much resources, space in the vault and inventory players will have to spend to keep up with light level and edge that perks provide, sacrificing the looks, stats and shaders. PS: I'm not an english native speaker, so sorry for misstakes.

Another good idea is to add more perks options in every armor piece, currently all have 2 or 3 in each armor pice for each type of perk, maybe it would be better to have 3-4 on every item without reworking perks system
