Perpetuation doesn't do anything on hunter.
No matter if I have perpetuation legs on or not, my dodge doesn't recharge any faster on hunter.
Nor if I dodge next to an enemy or not.
Please can you fix this, surely it is bugged!

P.s. Do. You actually test these perks or what? Does it give like a 1 second reduction per dodge?

1 ReplyPerpetuation and Dynamo were tweaked a while back so that they need at least 1 enemy near to get the bonus. Outreach and Bomber work better for rift and barricades, since those usually arent deployed in the thick of it. At least thats how i see it. Fun fact; hunter has the longest base melee cooldown between the 3 classes.
