I know many people will disagree, but i think in current game state bungie need to provide skating to consoles. Yea, i know everybody complaining to delete it because it is unfair. But we know bungie's official position: they won't delete skating, because it will hurt lift jump. And here we have one huge balance problem. On PC with this strong mobility option titans considered as strongest class. And on console titans are on the bottom. Bungie cannot do anything with this class because of this difference. If they nerf titans for pc balance, on console they will be stomped. And if they buff titans for console, on pc they will outclass everything. But if they provide skating on console, they can balance game more freely, nerf and buff everything they need etc. Edit: yes, PC and console versions are not separate. If you carefully read bungie posts about not doing anything to balance the game, you will see that it is their main excuse
