Seriously, not sure what the deal is but either he hates me or Bungie does. My hunter still does not have a full set of vanguard armor after somewhere around 1000 vanguard tokens. That translucent bum will give me the same 3 weapons - sometimes multiple times in a row - or the same vanguard armor pieces that I already have, but not a Vigil of Heroes head armor piece. I have characters for all 3 classes farming tokens for this effort, just to get my Hunter a mask, but it seems useless. Is anyone else seeing this happen? Update 12/7: Just turned in another 121 tokens today, still no mask. This reeks of being rigged but I have no idea how or why that could be. Whose baby did I kick to make this happen...? Update 12/9: I turned in 109 tokens yesterday and 99 today, FINALLY got the head armor. Not sure why that was so dang difficult. It was like he was avoiding it on purpose.
