if the steps of https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 did not help you, the next step would be to reach out to MS support to have them force the refresh.

The problem is I don’t understand what to do, so I have no idea if it’ll help or not. But like i mentioned, Destiny 2 isn’t in my Ready To Install section of My Games and Apps, so does that just nullify the entire License Restoring step or am I missing something?
