Buff inertia override on code of the missile.
The perk reloads your weapon and grants a damage buff for sliding into the ammo.
The reload can be really handy but the buff doesn't last long enough to even make use of it.
I think it lasts 3 seconds long.
I believe it should last 6-8 just so it's easier to make use of.
