Why am I missing the Vanguard menu
I can seem to figure out why I do not have the Vanguard menu on my Destinations page in Destiny 2. I have all the expansions and DLC's and completed the entire story mode. Does anyone have any insight on what I might be missing here.

A friend of mine and I just recently started the game. We did the storyline together and got to 20/260. I have nightfall strikes available and he does not. (No dlc's or xpacs for either of us). He also does not have vanguard as an option in his destinations.
