Do exotics engrams drop at lower levels?
It's been almost two weeks since i started playing D2 i have two level 20 characters, but no exotic engram yet. So, do they drop only after reaching the level cap for the current patch? Or am I the number 1 enemy of RNGesus?
To be fair i dropped an exotic from a powerful gear reward, underlevelled, but hey, deal with it.
Not that i want any of them in particular, but you know, there's a quest for a base game exotic (that will be at 260) that REQUIRES to open an exotic engram..
