Fated Engrams character bound not account bound
Edit: feedback was posted from another guardian informing me that xur is guardian bound not account bound make sure you switch to a character that doesn't have all class exotics.

3 RepliesThey work just fine. I have yet to see a post like yours where it didn't turn out that the person either didn't understand how the engram works, or the exotics they claimed to not have were already in their collection and they just forgot.
