But what, outside of speculation, do you have that implies Vex Glass is solid radiolaria, and not something different. How can Radiolaria exist in multiple states under the same conditions?

<I read it somewhere, now I have to scour through the internet to find it again. https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/34glh1/lore_thoughts_on_vex_architecture_and_radiolaria/ Found one of them. In-game reasoning is that the crystal shards on Nessus directly come up from the lake of Radiolaria, and that the shards themselves hold extensive amounts of data, similar to the Radiolarian fluid. As for how they can exist in the same condition... don't know. Just that it seems to. Possibly by the will of the Collective when it comes to solids. Otherwise it just might be natural. • Interesting, I always felt the vex glass seemed to be cracks in the very fabric of time itself. Perhaps it's part of the way the Vex can manipulate and exist outside of time.

  • I like that. I want it to be that because it's terrifying.
