It's not an easy raid for casual raiders going in blind.
People say throwing around the balls is easy. But for a new team without a confident quarterback, the group gets disbanded rather quickly. Added to this, you need everyone to be competent with the ball and the throwing mechanics.
Too many times have I joined lfg groups where 1 incompetent guy is the sole reason we fail Sos.

Guess I’m fresh out of luck. What’s hilarious is that some people on my friends’ list have done it +10 times, but yet I’m still stuck with a big ol Goose Egg.

Just start your own group of newbies. Im sure it will fill fast. Asking to join an experienced group will take 4 hours of learning time for you. And most people just dont have that kind of patience, me included. Ill give you 1 mistake, but wiping over and over again because of the mistakes of 1 person is j ust not worth 4+ hours unless were great friends.
