Why did you just not continue Destiny 1 with a major expansion?
The graphics are not much different than D1.
The enemies are practically the same.
The supers/abilities are practically the same.
The gear and weapons are practically the same (maybe a bit worse)?
The visuals are as great as before and they are about the only good thing left in the game.
The writing is as bad as before with some effort at cohesion.
So genuinely why the reset?
If you say the exotics I am going to point out that you brought back more than a few into D2 and are likely planing to bring back more.
If you say to make the whole experience worse I would believe it.

None. It was just an excuse to sell it back to players, through future expansions It allows them to pad out expansions with old gear, rather than making actually new gear and content for the game.

Edited by Last Spartan: 5/19/2018 5:18:13 AMWow, so even in the category intended for people to talk about what they like most about Destiny 2, you people still just can't resist trashing it. That's kind of pathetic to be honest. Take your negativity elsewhere. Btw, compare Year 1 Destiny 2 to Year 1 Destiny 1 and it is literally better in every single way. Period. If you argue that FACT, you are simply just playing Devil's Advocate.

Lets make a petition for d1 update and new dlc .D2 is dead .

It's so they can pad their lackluster amount of content by dripping old content back to us with the new. Did you know there are more old exotics in destiny 2 than new ones?
