in a game called Everquest2, there were what you call mythical/artifact items (before they changed the meaning of it) it meant that only 1 of it dropped Ever on the server. I obtained one of the items, which means the only way someone else could have it is if they got it on another server and did a server transfer to mine. But even than there was only like 10ish servers, so only 10 would ever exist.
