Truthfully, I don’t want it to be better. To me, tractor cannon is meant to be a fun factor gun, and it isn’t meant to be taken seriously. I like how ineffective it is. To me, it would just feel out of place if it were too effective.
Just my opinion though.

I feel no gun should be that way, I understand your point of view, though. It feels like a joke gun, I'd wish for that to change.
