Clan Wars

How does this sound? A biweekly clan war, where all clans send their 15 best members into a tournament style showdown, bungo could start to tier clans according to their number of members and their performance in game. There would be multiple switching game modes every other week, [switching between control, (adding back rift), search and destroy, and deathmatch], the clans that win from each tier get a clan specific gear piece, (like a class item, or heavy), a clan specific shader, banner, and an aura, the 2nd place clan from each tier gets the shader, banner and aura and the 3rd place from each tier gets the aura and banner. I think with the new crucible system being put in place soon with valor and glory this would match the theme well. Let me know what you guys think!

You could do it for pvp clans but most people wouldn't do it, especially if they focus on PvE. You also exclude small friend clans and put them at a severe disadvantage to be in another category. Do they get lesser rewards or recieve the same as a 100 member pvp clan? The sweats clams would win and everyone else would stop caring, similar to Trials these days. Not enough incentive for some simple cosmetics and 1 use shaders. Plus 15v15 would never work on any map when they can barely do 6v6.
