I would tell them to explain to me their reasoning behind all of their decisions and why they thought it was/wasn’t a good idea at the time, show them all of posts in #Feedback and say to them “Look at it! You did this. Feel ashamed of this mistake.”

    They wouldn’t feel ashamed by that. Your clearly very ignorant about how people behave. Playing internet insult critic will never get you anything besides a mute and troll status. This is just a piece of advice btw.

    To be fair, I have doubts that they would ever actually see that comment and in the hypothetical situation where I could actually talk to them, I think they would feel ashamed to some degree. That is of course, if they actually took any pride in in being game developers for Bungie. Sure, so long as money was being sent their way there would be no reason to have a care or worry, but when you actually find joy in doing a job, one that you feel good in partaking, it sure as heck would leave a sour taste if what you worked on was remembered in a negative light.
