Iron Banner Chest Ornament Attainment Poll
Been a bit of discussion about this on here during the past week's Iron Banner.
The grind for gear was back in the raid and in IB, but as always some were happy and some weren't happy about it.
Did you melee like kangaroo with its tail on fire or did you MIDA from a distance and miss out?

Titan chest ornament made the gear look worse then before so didn’t even bother.

Lucky for me..since D1 melee is my main weapon..LOL Almost 50% of my kills were from melee. My melee kills is almost 5x more than AutoRiflle kills and AutoRiffle is the gun that have the most kill among other guns.

15 total IB hours. All 3 characters have the armour and all ornaments unlocked. Weapons attained that I wanted. No need to do shit PvP IB until Season 3. I hate PvP not because it sucks. Not because of the stacks or whatever idiots call it. Not because it's unbalanced. Or the lag BUT BECAUSE I SUCK TOO MUCH AT IT. But ever since D1 I have been forced to play PvP for cool weapons and armour so I'll keep sucking until I have everything I want lol

Edited by brose two: 2/6/2018 9:09:41 PMstarted this IB with 4 armor pieces for my Hunter and the season 1 weapon set. ended with: -all 15 armor pieces -all 15 ornaments -3 new weapons -2 MW ARs (season 1) -1 ship -2 sparrows -1 ghost -butt load of shaders -new emblem not bad for a solo scrub.

I quit at 71%, my buddy got it but melee is his game style.

When I finished every other ornament, that progress bar was at 7%! Ha! I’m all up for grind, but that’s a tad excessive. UNLESS you were going to get some kind of bonus for completing the full set w ornaments, which we have never gotten...

63 IB matches, 49% towards the chest ornament. I got all the other ornaments no problem, and honestly was not trying for this one (i.e. I did not all of a sudden stop shooting my gun and concentrate on nades and melees) but still that number is staggering. hey - gives me a reason to play again next time as I got everything else except the ghost.
