Call your credit card company, tell them you want to dispute the charges, when they ask for a reason the reason tell them the product was defective.

i might have to if i can't get a response from them, i think its crazy how they have no phone number or email for there customers to contact them about issues like this.
-
Only the retailer can issue refunds. Ps. By claiming off your credit company for a refund can be a NO NO as it is fraud.
-
its not fraud if you tell the the reason why you want a refund.
-
Any credit company would say "Take it up with the retailer" if you told the truth. This credit refund was done agaisnt PSN and XBL and those players caught lost their accounts. Oh.... You want a refund after playing Destiny 2 from the end of October so that is 2 months you had the game
-
fraud is fraud. a defective product is a tv that blows the ef up when you turn it on. not having crybabies saying they want eververse gone. THIS IS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! WE DONT COTTON TO IDIOTS TRYING TO COMMIT FRAUD
-
Umm it's not fraud i have zero liability on my card and this game is basically false advertisement.
-
false advertisement is not fraud. Fraud protection is for charges that were not authorised by you, ie a stolen card. False advertisement you would need to sue and need to prove your case.
-
as long as you are truthful, you bought a game in october, played it, decided you dont want it nearly 3 months later and you disagree with the retailers return policy I am sure they will give you a refund?
-
Keep in mind, if you purchased from blizzard, playstation or xbox stores directly, disputing a charge may result in negative consequences to your account.
-
YEP because they KNOW you are trying to rip them off. xbox will shut you down permanently for fraud. its been on these forums before. crybabies losing accounts for it
-
There not getting RIP off, i am because i paid $60 for half of the game
-
the game is complete or it wouldnt run, thats not how software works
-
I mean the only thing they can do is block my density 2 account which i want a refund for anyway, its not my fault there's no way in contacting the company to address this issue.
-
lol the day you log on and cant play anything is the day you will realize otherwise. it happens
-
Bungie isnt the one you need to contact as you didnt buy from them. They can actually ban your complete blizzard account, so you would lose access to any and all blizzard launcher games. Here is Blizzard's return policy: [quote]All Sales for Digital Content or Services are Final. No refunds are permitted except with respect to any statutory warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded or limited by law./quote] http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/about/termsofsale.html
