Safe to Unlock Supers?
So, for those in the know...
it was a Good Idea
to avoid unlocking certain subclass perks, because they actually were a disadvantage for some playstyles
Notably, voidwalker's Cataclysm (slow bomb sux)
gunslinger's 6 shot (reduced super time makes it useless)
nightstalkers quiver (messes up some exotic builds..)
Now that the Dec5 update has made changes
has anyone gotten brave and unlocked those Bad Perks?
How are they working out now?

I sexually Identify as a warlock. Ever since I was revived I dreamed of soaring over the crucible dropping slow tracking nova bombs on disgusting hunters. People say to me that a person being a warlock is Impossible and I’m -blam!-ing -blam!- but I don’t care, I’m beautiful. I’m having my ghost install glide jump, eternities edge and vortex grenades on my loadout. From now on I want you guys to call me “xX_Osirislover_Xx” and respect my right to kill from above and kill needlessly. If you can’t accept me you’re a lockiphobe and need to check your class privilege. Thank you for being so understanding.

2 RepliesSix shooter is a straight upgrade since it no-longer has the increased drain time. I wasn't aware that Cataclysm was bad. It even got buffed. Tracking bomb that explodes into smaller bobs that also track is god-tier. Mobius got buffed but it's fundamentaly broken because Bungo created oprhius Rig, an exotic that makes shadowshot SO powerful that every other exotic in the game for nightstalker might as well not exist. And if you take mobius you render that exotic useless. So basically from my understanding is you take mobius so you have an excuse to not use the meta because you made a "mistake" and can now enjoy the other, less useful exotics. You might not be able to do the raid because your friends will demand you re-make your hunter or play a different class but at least you don't have to be a meta-man.
