Easy explaination...to keep micro-transactions a viable option. I have not & will never spend actual money to get items in the game, when spending some time playing will earn the same items

I feel the same way, and I want to be able to earn Bright Engrams by just playing, but the problem with that is that they doubled the amount of XP needed to level up.
