Transending "Casuals" players to "Core" players

I'd first like to thank Bungie for making such an outstanding universe and appealing game mechanically and systematically to make me want to play a FPS. These are suggested changes to both PvP and PvE that I'd believe would extend the life of the game as well as incentivize players to come back to this awe inspiring universe. PvP: Is a mixed bag of great balance with the exception of the MIDA Multi-tool, fun modes of both the competitive and casual but a bit sterile matches, with "clutch" moments feeling to few and far between because of the "team shot" aspect of crucible. I feel that great players should have a fighting chance a against a group of PvP "scrubs" (I am a scrub so not being bias) and have a clutch play without the use of a rocket launcher. And I feel that a playlist with needs to added to crucible that would go back to the hectic nature of 6v6 matches and even possibly a "torrent light" mode within that playlist for crazy over the top fun matches. PvE: Bungie should try to get casuals to become core players like I was turned in D1 because of hardships I went through with my fire team. Just like the military and sports teams hardships make bonds and solidifies a community of strangers to work together to solve hidden mysteries (that are very absent from D2) by getting new players to ask the community for help for these kinds of quests and gaining new companions. I also feel that Bungie is heading towards the right direction with the inclusion of armor ornaments, it would just be nice to bring back raid perks to the prestige armor so then a trickle down effect could ensue. If Prestige raid level players help out players new to the raid they will see the benefit of doing the hard mode of the raid and will be incentivized to play it and will be able to help their friends and other players as well. i.e. Prestige Raid Leg armor that would increase sprint speed when holding the orb during the gauntlet, or arms that make it harder for dogs to see players or just faster while sprinting while holding a spore/pollen orb. I keep playing D2 because of awe inspiring world and lore that this game has and the want to learn more, experience more and have fun overcoming challenges and adversity with my clan. I hope and have faith that Bungie can bring back and expand upon the magic of the first game into D2. But, without a shift in mindset of the game directors I fear this game will cater to the causal players too much and the future of the franchise will always fall short of greatness.
