Faction Rally Prize Weapons... completely unattainable?
If the Faction that I chose to throw my lot in loses, does the prize weapon for winning the rally become completely unattainable? I chose FWC because I wanted the fusion rifle instead of a single shot grenade launcher or re-skinned sword.
Will there be other ways of obtaining the "losing" faction weapons? It's a little unfair if these weapons become lost; DO is going to win again because people like the faction.

None of these weapons will be back for season 2 so if we didn’t get them by now we aren’t getting them.

the losing faction weapons are unobtainable. Only the winning facton weapon becomes purchasable its just heavily discounted to its followers at 1000 as opposed to 50,000 for those who followed other factions.

I bought the Dead Orbit scout rifle after they won last faction rally, then I got several of them from DO engrams in this faction rally anyway so I expect you'll be able to get it from engrams next time, don't worry.

Until we actually see how they handle seasons, we don't actually know all that well. In theory, yes, this may well be it. If so, oh well? It just means you never had a chance anyway. At the same time, I wouldn't bet against Bungie reusing content in some way.
