No. Seriously, no. Luke Smith is fine. He shouldn't of apologized in the first place. He never said anything that warranted an apology. This community is just full of awful, entitled men acting like spoiled children. Smith and his fireteam made a fine, if imperfect, sequel to Destiny. It has problems, but overall D2 is a enjoyable and worthwhile game. Instead of enjoying what they made, you've all decided to throw endless tantrums.

I really hope those who are not enjoying D2 move the fug on. The current issues with D2 are well known. You add no new feedback only angst and entitled nonsense. Gossiping children with too much time on their hands. No wonder Bungie ignores the lot of you. Everytime I see one of you fugs I hit mute. Sooner than later this forum will be nothing but gamers who actually know how to give constructive criticism while still enjoying the game. Each day this place gets less and less salty for me. LOL ... ok lets look at some things that were said or I misunderstood 1- there are no exotic quests.. hmm can you say mida, can you say rat king quest. 2- we want everyone to have a easy time at getting stuff ( ????? ) hmm easy uh huh nightfall for rat king quest with 5 minutes remaining and oh by the way you need to have others that are doing the rat king quest to finish it, not easy to do when you can't find ppl that have not done the nightfall for the rat king. 3- we have made the weapons and armor generic ( or in other words what we here at bungie say is the best perks ) so no RNGs to find what I ( you ) believe is the perfect roll. 4- We have made it easy for strikes and PvP, Like no mercy rule,4 on 1 PvP in quickplay, no choice on what you want to do, as in Clash, Rumble, Salvage, Control, Superpramcy ( yeah I Know But think about it.) and about 85% of the time everyones goes off by themselves and not helpful to the team. N way to choose what strike you want to do. 4A- noway to report unfriendly, unhelpful players and according to bungie you can report clans in the PvP list. hmmm only way to report a clan is while active in match after match there is only report player. players who quit during match, Yes I am guilty of this especially when your teammates go off and leave you by yourself and/or not attacking the player on the other team ( why should I stay when there is no help from your own teammates). 5- The random drops of items are 99% of the time below you lvl, even when turning in engrams 98% of the time the exact same lvl. 6- too way too many duplicates dropping. 6A -You wont get hunter items if you are a titan ( enter your character ) always getting mods for not my character. ok I might have a solution to some but I doubt if anyone agrees and their is probably noway in hell that bungie would do it unless they notice a lot of us are going to other games and or back to D1. answers to some 2- get rid of the timer in nightfall for quest, if you beat the nightfall in a certain amount of time you get nightfall items and/or perks ( weapons armor halos ( auras like in D1 for just finishing the nightfall ). 3- weapons and armor lets take a peak at D1 exotics TWIST OF FATE trick, I would say maybe 100 to 200 legendary shards for 3 twists of fate only purchased from XUR. 4- bring back those choices to choose where you want to go. 4a - make it easier to report players that quit during match by showing the after match report for all players in match and a highlight of who began the match and finished it. 5- make the random drops better by dropping the low lvl items to 50% of the time with 50% of the time getting same or higher lvls.6- stop the dropping of 10 sunbreakers in a row with maybe 2% chance of it being better than what you have. 6a- They told you that you would never get items not of your class, if you do you should be able to turn it in for an equal or better item. and BRING BACK THE BADGES we would get to see on our characters when look at on the companion ( there's plenty of room on screen to show them off in game. add to that the badges that showed your progress in the different areas ( vanguard, crucible, gunsmith and so on.)I don't think this is too hard to do, What do you think?

We are the problem the community D2 is by far worst then D1 They have remove stuff with no reason the lag is still a problem the grind is gone. And after all that there are still ppl that they are saying "give them time the game is new" -blam!- no!the game is a sequel of a three years old game and I don't get how they manage to make it less fun.

LS is in a protected position. He can do whatever and say whatever because Bungie will back him because he has history with them. What we see with the end product is a design team decision that has rotted from the inside out.

Following this guys idiotic Eurogamer statement, he made the decision to take Elemental Primaries away. Invalidating the promise that our time would be respected. So, for a year, we did the grind to get weapons that we knew would never be taken away because of a promise from Bungie. Then, they took those weapons away. When fan anger exploded, his response was that they are never coming back, ever. That was Luke Smith. Now, every single thing that's wrong with Destiny 2 is Luke Smith. (The good things too I guess. Are there any good things?) He is the reason we don't have random rolls. He is the reason we can't choose our Crucible type. He is the cause of every single thing that's wrong with the worlds worst game sequel. And what kind of statement does this fool make in response to this? He's happy that so many people have reached the "Level Cap". Well, that's 20, so that's nothing to be proud of. That's horrible design that allowed that. He think he did the right thing for the "Collection Game". No, Luke, no. You did the exact opposite of what you should have done with the collection game. It's exactly as bad as it could be, it literally can't be worse. This guy should have been fired after the Eurogamer statement. Failing that, he should have been fired after the Elemental Primary controversy. He certainly should be fired now. If I was an investor, I would get as far away from Bungie/Activision as possible. They've got no clue what they're doing. Getting rid of the guy that destroyed Destiny would go a long way toward restoring our faith in this awful company.
