Jumping in to say, I've also had this issue. I'm the clan founder for a small clan for my friends, accidentally invited someone and now I want to remove them. I don't know where the button to do this is supposed to be, but I don't see any options to ban them on the banned page, or to remove their membership from the membership settings page. There's just no button/field/etc to do it. And of course, I can't do it in the game either.

Hello, You need to go on a web browser to the Clan homepage and when logged in select Settings. Then on the settings page you will find the member list below Pending Member / Total Members and that is where you can change memberships statuses for clan members if you are a Founder.
