suggest me a decent inexpensive pc build

So me and my familiy need to upgrade our PC. My father built it back in 2005. Its running Vista and its parts started existing along with the universe. Basically its old af. So, we're a little (OK, very) low on financial resources. So, I ask the Bungie community, you guys (lets be honest 99% of us here are gamers and comp geeks) to suggest me cheap but decent parts for our bbuild. Our price cap is around 700€ (about 825$) I want it to run decent games at medium or even low settings if neccesary. I can survive without that neat water splashes in PUBG. If it can do that im sure it can handle other easier tasks. Thank you.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/z2Mjd6 This will run almost every modern game at Ultra 1080p 60 fps. It's about 25$ over your budget (about 722€ if I'm not mistaken), though you might be able to find some good deals on some of these parts. Edit: If you want to make it a bit cheaper, you can get Windows for free from Microsoft's website, though you will have to deal with some disabled features and a watermark in the corner of the screen. It's a nice option if you just want to buy the hardware first and buy the OS later when you have more money.
