If they had to stick with this, they should have made legendary reskins of some of the blue armour sets for the Factions instead.

I'd have liked that so much. The Blue and Green armor sets look awesome.

No kidding. Some blue armor looks great. Would much rather sport those pieces instead of bad looking legendaries.
