I am missing the ticket for guided game.

I got a ticket for the guided game beta from the postmaster but my characters weren't leved high enough. Now they are and the ticket is missing. It says "Activity Not Yet Enabled".

Hello, Which activity were you trying to launch? I do not believe the Leviathan raid supports this yet, Nightfall should though.
