Bad servers have made experience less enjoyable
When I am playing solo and am in areas where there are no other players (story mission only areas), I should not need to rely on the (terrible) servers to handle enemy location and movement. I should not have enemies teleporting when I am the only (visible) player in my environment in PvE.
Add a limited or solo option so the only thing I need from the server is to tell it what gear I'm getting. Enemies should be handled by my console.

It's like it know exactly when to do it too. If I didn't know any better, destiny server is trolling me. By the way, mine is hardwired.

Yup !! I have problems every time I play with connection!! In D1 it would only happen a few times a month !! D2 is way less stable!! I knew they were full of shit about their new cloud servers

4 RepliesI am not trying to defend Bungie here, but their servers have been the same since D1, and their netcode the same since Reach. They basically told us that during their "D2 Hype!" reveal months ago.

I'm hardwired on PS4 and have found D2 to be a lot less stable than D1, with the exception of Tuesday rushes. I get fairly regular messages about contacting servers, even though it usually doesn't result in losing the game. I've also had it crash on me more in the last couple of weeks than D1 did in the entire time I played it. Also I get stuck trying to get into the tower semi-regularly too. Black screen but I can hear the audio from activity in the tower. Once I waited long enough and I finally got in. Every other time I've given up and restarted the game instead.
