Error When Attempting to Redeem Pop Tarts Code
The following error appears when clicking on the "Redeem" link on the code redemption page:

My account is linked to my Xbox LIVE account (and only my Xbox account) and has been for quite some time. I've no had issues with previous code redemption. I have attempted to redeem my code via Chrome and Firefox; both result in the same error. Please advise! Thanks!
