Dear Bungie team, I/We have a big problem: I pre ordered a long time ago two Destiny 2 Limited Editions. One for me and one for my girlfriend on amazon. Yesterday evening we received both games... and the disaster began. I should say, I ordered the game before any pre order bonus was known. We recognized after entering the salute-gesture code on my xbox account, that we get this code only ONCE from amazon via email :( after contacting amazon, they told us: we bought two games over ONE amazon account, So we only get ONE Code... WHAAAT? ( I must attach: we bought a second xbox one because of destiny 1 to play together). My girlfriend hasn't an amazon account... we bought everything together about my account... my account her account.. it is OUR account. We live together since more than 7 years, so we don't need a second amazon account. Amazon told me, it doesn't matter if I bought 1 destiny 2 game or more, i will receive only ONE code. What should do parents with 3 kids with such an option??? Now we have 2 games and only one code for gesture. It is a different, when you visit a store or buy it online. In a store we would buy them twice with two seperate bills (including that code on each bill). Amazon told us, we could send the game back. We won't send the game back. We love destiny And with that option we will miss our cold heart weapon. To reclaim one game and buy it again wouldn't work, because the preorder time is over. Please, is there a way to get this simple code? I feel so sad, that my girlfriend has no code... (You can't believe how awful it is, to look in her eyes and a small voice in your head tell: she have no code, she is sad!). Or is it possible to give her my code? I hope you can help us or have a solution for our dilemma... and if not for us, please... do it... FOR THE PUPPIES!!!!!
