Unable to Redeem my Clan Reservation Name even though Im Founder.
For Clan Name Reservations, When I go to redeem my clan name with the reservation, it does not go through. It claims I do not posses the correct permissions even though I am the Founder. I know there is a lot being done working on multiple issues. This is one I have not found a post or answer that will fix it.
Usually, I am a glass half full kind of person. I would usually take this as a opportunity to start fresh and make a new start creating a new clan. However, the clan name from D1 was created with my best friend and Guardian ally. The Second in Command to our Clan. He is now Deceased. It truly means a lot to me to bring this name forward onto the next adventure. I hope someone who knows something will see this. Good Luck to everyone as we face the changes moving forward.

What's with the "This clan requires approval" ?? Not sure what else to change on my clan :( or will the clan register itself on D2? i'm confused here...

2 RepliesUPdate: As Hellfire suggested, I created a clan leaving no spaces in the name (NoNameClan for example). It went thru just fine and I checked the settings and invited some admins to test a few things. I also tried to change the name in the settings and put the spaces back into out clan name. (No Name Clan for example) This didn't work and said the name (No Name Clan) is reserved until Sept 20. I'm taking this to mean that it's treating the name with no spaces as an entirely different clan instead of it being my original clan name. So it is a work around, but it's also a new clan and I still have the original problem of not being able to get my original clan name back.

2 RepliesClan- Settings- Clan Name cannot include spaces or special characters. I recently found this issue and resolved it with the help of the ninja BNG accounts: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/230237915?page=0&sort=0&showBanned=0&path=0 Just PM any one of the BNG Help accounts and they typically help you out quickly enough. Past that though, full functionality is supposed to be restored Sept 20th per one of the Help articles. As of right now? The only thing with partial, but complete, functionality is the mobile app for bungie. Please note that in the case of my clan element? Phoinix Gaming? All I had to do was limit the "About Us" section and put in PhoinixGaming instead. For some reason it worked (i.e. displayed "Phoinix Gaming") then.

Guys can someone please help me! I have a clan from before Destiny 1 dropped! We have moved to pc now and I can not for the life of me figure out how to transfer my same clan to PC, when I link my 2 acocunts it gives me some weird message saying like this is the ONLY account linked to bungie.net you can unlink this account (you will lose some features of bungie.net for this account) ....Im so confused and getting frustrated with this whole clan move thing! Any help would be much appreciated! ...Do I just need to go make the same exact clan again for pc?

1 ReplyHey mate sorry to hear about your mate and hope bungie pull their fingers out and fix all the issues they are having before D2 starts. I'm admin for our clan and some of us don't even have our clan name on our emblem we don't have our clan mates in the roster it says I need 3 or more for our clan to start even though we have about 70 members starting to get frustrating
