Maybe d2 will be the opposite. Everything will start off really bad, then over 3 years everything will be so on overpowered that it will actually break the game.

Don't forget they are shutting down trials, iron banner, and other stuff on D1 so there will be nothing left to play. So if you wanna play you have to go to D2. Or be stuck like the year 1 players who did not buy TTK. Sucks.

They ruined D1 because of stubborn ignorance. They wanted a slow crucible and make 2/3 of the weapons you equip kill in .5 sec rendering primary weapons useless in PvP. They were too stubborn to make primaries kill in .5 and actually balance the game. They broke it because they want the game to be one way, then intentionally designed it to be another way. It has the side effect of making D1 completely miserable to play. Now... removing Limited Time Events (if that's actually happening) is to finally kill D1.

The salt...I can't describe it, Bungie should change "feedback" to "negativity" or "salt".

With the changes made in D2 knowing most are comfortable with the loadouts of D1, the characters abilities etc. Their actions say enough to know there was a lot stupid decisions in this game the last couple years. If they actually put the effort in doing whats right It would be hard for gamers to really want to play the D2. Look at how much they actually REMOVED from the game at this point. More then any company that I know of that makes a sequel. PvP was literally cut in half. Characters abilities were removed. In fact a couple well liked. No private matches No SRL Clans use to have 2 events that 6 as a group could run and now it's 1 Loadouts were change and IMO for the worse. No ranking system. Edit: Less weapon customizing. Yes, some of what I stated will be added later, but used as part of a new DLC. It's called reinsurance that you will buy and still play the game. Not that they haven't had years to come up with a better sequel knowing they're a AAA gaming company. It's just most of this companies fanbase loves to give a free pass and try to justify their deliberate poor actions. But, it doesn't mean the whole game is messed up nor does it mean that there wasn't some importants. It's just means to me that having less content leaves less room for an actual incentive and this companies actions this last 3 years is not a good sign.

You specifically mean the PvP, cause now that Bungie will no longer touch Destiny it sounds way more appealing to me. I never liked Destiny's PvP, and just can't understand why someone would? If I'm craving PvP, any other game available EVER does it better so why would someone choose to play Destiny?

The bungie community kept asking for nerfs, nerf this, nerf that. Bungie did listen, and did nerf those things. This happened till we got to this point. So don't be mad at bungie for the community exactly what was asked for. If you aren't happy with it, then maybe you should fight against the nerf herders who will flood onto the forums crying over whatever that killed them. Because they will come, they will be loud, and if allowed to be the majority D2 will be nerfed into ruin as well.
